Our Returns, Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Every product of Pabish Footwears has a personal touch and we ensure that you get your product just as you expected.

Exchange Policy

 

In case it is not perfect for you. Simply email us at info@PabishFootwears.com or Contact Us.

 

Products exchanged must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept an item that’s worn, damaged or washed in any way or any alteration from the original product which includes the original Invoice and documents sent along the shipment.

 

We accept exchanges if the size does not fit you, you have received a damaged or defective product or if a different product is shipped than what you ordered.

 

In certain cases of exchange, we may ask you to send images of the product that you have received to ensure we understand your problem better and you get the desired product in the exchange process. We will inspect the product before processing exchange.

 

If under any circumstances we are unable to process a new item, we shall be happy to refund your full amount in the form of Pabish Footwears credit.

 

All Clearance/Flash Sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

 
Return Policy

 

  • Only the damaged or defective products are eligible for return .Its 5 days return from the time, the item is delivered.
  • Any items that doesnt fall under the above criteria doesnt qualify for return.
  • We may also ask for pictures of the product to understand your concern better and give faster resolution. For the benefits of the customers .
Cancellation Policy

 

Once your order is placed, you can cancel it before your order is shipped. We do not process cancellation once the order is dispatched. For Cancellation, simply email us at info@PabishFootwears.com.
